Here’s the legal mumbo jumbo.
Orders are processed at the end of the business day and sent to the manufacturer. Cancellations must be received by 5 pm EDT on the day of the order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or use the chatbox on the website to cancel your order.
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, please see the detailed description and size chart on the item.
We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes or colors and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.
If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or refund. Please include a picture of the issue and your order number with the correspondence.
To return your items:
Contact Customer Shop Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) to obtain a shipping label. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
