Summit Frequently Asked Questions

Below is a list of common questions that have come up during our planning and previous summits.  If you can’t find your answer here, you’re welcome to email The Safety Geek support team at support@thesafetygeek.com.

Where is the summit being held?

There is no travel, hotels, airfare, taxi, guitars, drums, or even pants required.  The Becoming a Safety Rockstar Summit is 100% online and delivered to your computer through a special summit webpage.  So all you need is an internet connection – you can even participate on your smartphone if you want.

When is the next summit?

It’s coming up sooner than you think, so join the waitlist to be notified when registration opens and see all the behind-the-scenes happening.  The next summit will kick off on April 16th and wrap up on April 18th.

What is the cost to register for the summit?

There is no cost to register for the summit or to participate in any of the summit activities during the 3 days of the summit.  But, if you wish to have extended access to summit presentations along with some bonus items to make your summit experience even better, there is the opportunity to upgrade your free ticket at a very low cost.

How do I access the summit and watch the presentations?

The Becoming a Safety Rockstar Summit is 100% virtual.  A few days prior to the event, you will receive a link to the summit homepage.  From there you can navigate to all the summit presentations and summit activities.  All presentations will play inside your website browser.

How do the presentations work?

All the presentations are pre-recorded video provided by our expert speakers.  Every day during the summit, scheduled presentations will be released and will be available to view with your free registration for 24 hours.  Speakers have the option of providing slide decks, worksheets, and links that you can access on the presentation page.  Plus, you can also chat with the speakers directly on the presentation page!

The Dates Don't Work For Me, Can I get a recording?

We totally understand how difficult it can be to get away from your busy job for a 3-day summit.  That’s why we offer an upgraded experience that includes special bonuses and extended access to the summit recordings.  You will have the option to upgrade after registering for your free ticket.

Will I get a Certificate of Attendance or CEUs?

A certificate of attendance is offered as part of the upgraded summit experience, but not with the free registration. You will be offered the opportunity to upgrade after you register for your free ticket.  Although The Safety Geek is not certified to issue CEUs you can use this certificate of proof of attendance at a professional development conference.
