Listen in to this episode for ways you can increase your skills and bring additional (and non-disposable) value to your organization.
Take Action
Look outside of your department and ask what you can do or learn so that you can become a more valuable member of the management team and gain skills that will help you in the future. When you focus on how you can serve others you become a valuable team member that outlives recessions and employee cutbacks.
